What is SSY?

Siddha Samadhi Yoga is a practice wherein the normal discriminatory function of the intellect ceases. The result is a profound reduction in mental activity within minutes of the practice. One gets a deep level of rest through Samadhi Meditation which is the common prescription for all psychosomatic diseases. There is a quick relief without medicines from chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, insomnia, acidity, Vertigo, Obesity, Hyper Tension Heart ailments.

How it works

SSY that also known as Science of Silence yoga, works through the Ancient principle of Panch-Kosha-Shuddhi (Five levels of purification) such as Annamaya Kosha (Natural Food), Pranamaya Kosha (Breathing), Manomaya Kosha (Meditation), Vigyanmaya Kosha (Intellectual body), Anandamaya Kosha (Joyful mind). All five levels are rejuvenated with the SSY training.

Synopsis

Guruji Rishi Prabhakar is the founder of SSY. He developed SSY module 30 years ago integrating ancient concepts with science.

Guruji was a contemplative child. After receiving Masters in aeronautical engineering from the University of Ottawa, he completed his M.B.A. from the University Of Western Ontario, Canada. He was a scientist, engineer, active environmentalist.

Guruji founded Rishi Samskruthi Vidya Kendra (RSVK) an organization based in Bangalore, India, through which he offers life-changing programs to the community, namely Sidha Samadhi Yoga(SSY), Advanced Meditation Course (AMC), Bav Samadhi Training (BST), Kaya Kalpa Kriya, 100% memory and other related programs which are actively practiced by more than 3 million participants worldwide.

Shri Rajesh Guruji is in charge of Melbourne SSY. He has undergone several years of training under senior Teachers, before embarking on spreading this great knowledge to the world.

He is a direct disciple of the founder, Shri Rishi Prabhakar Guruji. He has been living in this culture, for the past 23 years, and has trained over 50,000 participants in India and abroad. Hailing from Karnataka, India, he lives in UAE, managing the SSY Center in the UAE, which has changed the lives of over 15,000 people in UAE alone.

Shri Rajesh guruji has also initiated the programs in Nepal, China, Switzerland, London, Lebanon, South Africa and Botswana.

The hallmark of Shri Rajesh guruji’s training is the simplicity and humorous way of guiding the participants through the various processes. Both young and old, novice and the expert, community and corporate, are all transformed by his talks which comes directly from his heart.

SSY Melbourne chapter started with first batch in February 2015. A likeminded group of friends decided to initiate a humble movement by dedicating time not profit basis to spread health and wellbeing awareness through SSY in Melbourne. Rajesh guruji from Dubai was kind enough to accept the invitation to come over to conduct classes and be the mentor.

Second batch was conducted in September 2015. Both the batches participants whole heartedly welcomed the program and fully benefited to lead a healthy life pattern. So far 85 participants from two batches have been benefited.

Regular catch up sessions are conducted to keep the participants refreshed and be in the group.

  • In my Journey of life after passing through those green lights, few years back signals started turning to amber saying that I need to check my eyes to wear glasses, do more exercises to control cholesterol etc. etc.

    Heard about SSY Programme through a friend. It was an amazing experience with proper guidance from Shri.Rajesh guruji. 10 sessions about FOOD, PRANAYAAM (ie Breathing technique),MEDITATION, INTELECTUAL BODY , JOYFULL MIND, gave me a new perception in my Life.

    Later I did AMC(ADVANCE MEDITATION COURSE) in SSY-2 batch. Over all it created new avenue in my thoughts and raised new awareness in my mind. I would definitely say this is an amazing programme.

    Is it something to do with religion ?...(one of the mostly heard question among our friends ). my approach:- I would say take a sort of buffet approach to spiritual teaching. I go to the buffet and take what seems to nourish me at the time no matter what tradition presents the slices of wisdom.
